BOOK: Whenever i feel stressed or tired of thinking for my priorities and problems, sometimes reading a book helps me calm down and diverting my thinking into picturing out the world of the book that i am reading. This way it also make me discover different things to help me develop my mentality and character


MONEY: Money is also a way for me te relieve from stress, by having money i can do a lot of things or gain items, nutrition, lessons various of things. But when i use money to relieve from stress, i usually use money to buy food or sweets. This way i can handle any kinds of stress throughout the day


MOVIES: Just like reading books, movies also a way for me to divert my stress and emotions into watching movies and discovering different lessons about different aspects. This helps me a lot to divert my overthinking into just chilling and watching movies
